JJWAN Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and JJWAN ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the JJWAN website, downloading the JJWAN Android app, registering an account or placing any wager on the platform, you accept these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all services offered by JJWAN, including Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Sports Betting and the VIP programme. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the JJWAN platform you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of JJWAN or any of its affiliated partners.
• You must not have had a previous JJWAN account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

JJWAN reserves the right to request proof of identity and age verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restrictions or closure. Accounts opened by individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one JJWAN account. Creating more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account details, including your password, confidential. JJWAN will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach occurred due to your failure to maintain account security.

You must notify JJWAN immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Contact support at any time through your account dashboard. JJWAN support is available 24/7.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Do not allow others to access or play through your account.
• Ensure your registered mobile number and email remain active and accessible.
• Update your details promptly if your payment method or contact information changes.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on JJWAN are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page of your account. JJWAN does not apply currency conversion charges on the platform side.

Deposits are credited to your JJWAN wallet once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel used. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically processed promptly; bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party payment methods will be subject to investigation and may be refunded or suspended.
• JJWAN reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Any deposit that is found to be connected to fraudulent activity will be reversed and the account suspended.

JJWAN does not store your full payment credentials. All payment data is handled through the respective payment providers in accordance with their own security standards.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method associated with your JJWAN account. You may withdraw to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your registered bank account. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless otherwise approved by the JJWAN support team.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.
• Maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from increased limits — see the VIP programme page for tier-specific details.
• JJWAN may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and is not a reflection of any wrongdoing on your part.
• Processing times vary by payment channel. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing.

JJWAN will not be responsible for delays caused by the payment provider after the withdrawal has been initiated from the platform side. If a withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact support through your account dashboard.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

JJWAN offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each individual offer.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The required wagering multiplier is stated per offer and must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per device, unless otherwise specified.
• JJWAN reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event a promotion is cancelled, any wagering requirement already in progress will be honoured at JJWAN's discretion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Sports Betting bonuses earned through cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — are subject to the same general wagering conditions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

7 VIP Programme

The JJWAN VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered accounts are automatically enrolled in the Bronze tier upon their first qualifying deposit. There is no separate application required.

Tier progression is based on cumulative PKR wagered across all game categories on the platform — Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games and Sports Betting all contribute equally to your tier progress. The specific PKR thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of your account.

• VIP benefits include weekly PKR cashback, increased withdrawal limits, priority processing and — at Diamond tier — a dedicated personal VIP host.
• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Failure to meet the minimum activity threshold during a review period may result in a tier adjustment downward.
• VIP cashback is credited to your wallet on the schedule stated in the VIP programme terms and is subject to its own wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• JJWAN reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits and review periods. Existing members will be notified of material changes.
• VIP status is non-transferable and is tied to your individual account.

8 Game Rules

Each game category on JJWAN — Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games and Sports Betting — operates according to its own set of game rules. These rules are accessible within each game or game category section. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules applicable to any game before placing a wager.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or interruption during a game round, JJWAN's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. JJWAN will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly, but the platform's records are considered authoritative in the absence of demonstrable technical error.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to each game and are displayed before play begins.
• Sports Betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — are subject to their own specific Sports Betting rules, including void-market policies and in-play settlement procedures.
• JJWAN reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market that was opened or settled in error.
• Winnings from games with known technical errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be adjusted or voided.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JJWAN platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one account for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools that replicate or replace human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in Live Casino game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including unauthorised use of third-party payment credentials.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification processes.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform's software, security systems or infrastructure.

JJWAN actively monitors account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, an account may be temporarily restricted. JJWAN will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder once it is concluded.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

JJWAN may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stated timeframe.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be closed after notice.
• At your own request — you may close your account at any time by contacting JJWAN support.

If your account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason and your balance is confirmed as legitimately earned, JJWAN will process a final withdrawal to your registered payment method.

You may also request a self-exclusion at any time through the Responsible Gaming section. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period.

11 Responsible Gaming

JJWAN is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. Gaming should always be a leisure activity — never a way to generate income or recover financial losses. We encourage all players to set a PKR budget before each session and stick to it, regardless of outcomes.

• Self-exclusion tools are available through the Responsible Gaming section. A self-exclusion prevents you from accessing the platform for the duration you select.
• Deposit limits can be set on your account to cap the total PKR amount you can deposit within a given period.
• If gaming is negatively affecting your daily life, finances or relationships, we strongly encourage you to stop playing and seek support.
• JJWAN does not offer gaming to individuals under 18 years of age under any circumstances.

12 Limitation of Liability

JJWAN provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JJWAN shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from participation in games, Sports Betting or any other wagering activity on the platform.
• Loss of winnings caused by a technical fault, provided the fault is confirmed by platform logs and addressed in accordance with section 8 of these Terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability in circumstances where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

JJWAN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also provide notice through your account dashboard or registered contact details.

Continued use of the JJWAN platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
